These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Betpex platform. Please read this agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing Betpex, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, or any form of match-fixing involvement is strictly prohibited. Betpex monitors all accounts for irregular betting patterns and reserves the right to void bets placed in bad faith.

Betpex may suspend or permanently close an account if these Terms are breached, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if regulatory obligations require it. Outstanding verified balances will be returned subject to applicable checks and deductions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Betpex ("Betpex", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Betpex website located at betpex.cam and any related mobile applications, services, content or features (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Betpex reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend an Account pending verification.
Betpex takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — may be forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform. This includes, but may not be limited to, certain provinces or regions where specific local laws apply.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Employees, contractors, agents or representatives of Betpex, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.
To access betting markets and deposit funds, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be considered to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally performed that action.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Betpex support immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your Account pending investigation.
Betpex is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked at any stage — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or following unusual account activity — to submit documents including but not limited to:
Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions, suspension or closure.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Betpex support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via the original deposit method, subject to applicable KYC checks having been completed.
Betpex accepts deposits via various payment methods that may include bank transfers and digital payment solutions familiar to Pakistani players. Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references only. These references do not imply that any named payment provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with Betpex or any gambling service.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page of the Platform and may vary by payment method. Betpex reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
The Platform displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani players. Actual transaction processing, currency conversion and final amounts may vary depending on the payment method used. Betpex is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Betpex is not liable for deposits that are declined or delayed due to the policies of your bank, payment provider or any intermediary. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference details.
You must only deposit funds that you own and that have been legally obtained. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited. Betpex does not accept deposits made using credit facilities obtained for gambling purposes where this is prohibited by applicable law or platform policy.
Withdrawals are available only to verified Account holders who have completed all applicable KYC requirements. Betpex reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
Betpex aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page of the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. Betpex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
As a general policy, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Betpex may require additional verification if a withdrawal to a different method is requested.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method. Betpex reserves the right to amend these limits. For withdrawals above specified thresholds — denominated in PKR — enhanced due diligence documentation may be required.
Betpex reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms. In such cases, Betpex will investigate the matter and communicate its findings to the Player in accordance with its legal obligations.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and game contribution rates. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings or bonus balance may be withdrawn. Betpex will clearly display the applicable wagering requirement, qualifying games and any cash-out caps on each promotion page.
Bonuses are generally available to new and/or existing players as specified on each promotion page. Betpex reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer and to withdraw or modify an offer at any time before it has been claimed, without prior notice.
Betpex has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, collusion between Players, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, Betpex reserves the right to void all bonus funds, withhold any associated winnings and close the Account.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. Betpex reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
In the event that incorrect odds, prices or terms are offered due to a manifest error, human error or technical fault, Betpex reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous prices. Betpex will notify affected players and return any stakes placed on voided bets to their Accounts.
A bet may be voided where: the event is cancelled or abandoned and not rescheduled within the applicable timeframe; the selection does not participate; manifest error is identified; or match-fixing or corruption is suspected. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Player's Account balance.
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events including Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournament games and other live sports. In-play odds are updated in real time and Betpex accepts no liability for bets placed based on information available to the Player that was not yet reflected in the Platform's odds at the time of placement.
Betpex reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day or per event. These limits are published on the Platform. Where a Player's winnings would exceed the applicable maximum, Betpex will pay out only up to the stated maximum.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new Accounts during the exclusion period.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of Betpex or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of Betpex.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betpex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Betpex does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit Betpex's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use and storage of your personal data.
Betpex processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Betpex reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Betpex is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your own jurisdiction, to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or waived by agreement.
